About Jewell Marceau
Marceau grew up in Virginia Beach in a conservative Christian family. She started appearing in girl-girl adult films under the pseudonym “Scarlett Fever” at age 20. She later changed it to “Jewell Marceau” when she began working with Harmony Concepts as they found her original name to be “a little too ‘slutty. However, she maintained the Scarlett stagename for other production works such as with the now defunct Devonshire Productions, as well as several other companies after adopting Jewell Marceau as her primary stage name.
Jewell has appeared in hundreds of explicit hardcore pornographic movies with bondage and fetish themes and been featured in a number of fetish adult magazines, such as Taboo, Marquis (Germany) and Skin Two (UK) (including the 2006 Directory cover, though hooded), though occasionally Marceau appears in non-fetish lesbian and male-to-female sex films mostly self produced from her own company.
Marceau operates her own film production company and commercial website, and has worked with several notable fetish/adult photographers including Ken Marcus, Steve Diet Goedde, Mike Frankovich, Jr. (aka E.N. Cuire), Holly Randall and Christine Kessler
In 2004, Marceau won the SIGNY second-place Silver Laurel in the category of Best Bondage Model. In 2005, Marceau was awarded the SIGNY Bondage Award Gold Laurel as the year’s Best Bondage Model.
